"I was suffering from severe migrane headaches for about 1 1/2 years. It all started during a very stressful time in my life and my body seemed to be dealing with it differently that it ever had before. I was thirty years old, a teacher and a single mother of a 3 1/2 year old son. My migranes were as frequent as 6 times per week.  They were absolutely dibilitating and I got no relief from any over the counter medication. I was forced with every migrane to sleep in a dark room for about 4 hours or so until it let up a bit. It was affecting my performance at work and as a mother. After turning to a neurologist specializing in headache management, I found myself taking 4 pills a day as a preventative and then several more at the onset of a migrane.
